Last night we got a babysitter and I took Mrs. Yan out for dinner. For dinner she picked the local Asian fusian / Korean place. My dish came with a side or garnish of grated and vinegared daikon radish. I am pretty sure it was vinegared but going by taste only on that detail. These things were GREAT. Now I'm plowing through my garden books and Johnny's Seeds catalog reading about daikon radish.
Has anyone here grown these? My books make them sound a little trickier than the European varieites commonly grown here.
