Can anybody gelp me identify and get rid of these white insects in the flower pot?

Those look like mealybugs to me. They are soft bodied so if you put crushed shells in your soil it will tear up their bodies as they crawl. Also many other insects like lady bird beetles or lady bugs will eat them without harming your plant.

Here is the trick to get rid of mealybugs:
- Spray your plant with a mixture of vinegar and water in the evening and cover it with a plastic bag. Leave the bag on the plant overnight and in the morning the majority of the mealybugs should be gone!
