Had a taste for something different & Mrs Ranch mentioned a place called 'Tommy's' that we used to go when we were younger, so I figured I'd surprise her. I got the necessary stuff yesterday & got started on the chick peas this morning.

Nothing but the best in Israeli street food. I forgot about this one. I'd make it again but have a bit of fear over frying on the stove top.

Sorry, I don't have more pictures... it was fast & furious getting everything blended & with the oil going... May have been better with pita bread but some things are not readily available here. The finished product on homemade rolls with yogurt dressing:
My wife liked it. I personally thought it wasn't bad... I'd do it again. As long as she likes it, I'm good.
