I've got a freezer full of beef, pork and deer right now and lots of steaks. Looking for a simple beef steak seasoning mix to add a little extra flavor to them.

What do you guys like to use?

Rub with olive oil & S&P.

There is also by Lindberg Snider that is very good on beef, pork & chicken. We have used it for 30+ years.

for beef steaks kosher salt, fresh cracked pepper, garlic and smoked olive oil. thightly cover for 5-10 hrs then grill hot and quick then let it rest.
for a tough cut will "dry age" for a week then grill or roast depending on if it's a steak or roast. of course stews, thats perfect for chuck roasts .

for pork.. will use "tony chacheres" marinades or injections... the one thing people dont do with pork is to cook slowly most pork cuts are tough and the tissue needs to break down before it gets tender...

for deer no help there.. but we buy deer sausage from a friend...

we do grind a lot of tougher cuts of meats and make chili, burgers, taco's...etc

the sky is the limit to what you can create with a little googling......
